The Invisible Headband and Sexual Energy

There is a fine, subtle distinction between Focus 10 and Focus 12 at first. Last Night I stretched out on the mat I use for audio based exercises, slipped on my headphones and went through the introduction to Focus Level 12 CD.

The first half of the CD was, as usual with all the Cds so far, very relaxing and being already tired from a day in the pool, I slipped into Focus 10 very rapidly. The challenge I thought I was going to have was to stay awake.

From Focus Level 10 to Focus Level 12

After the introduction to Focus 12 for, I would say five minutes or so, I felt a very real – very tangible pressure around my forehead. The sensation was so real in fact that I thought my headphones had slipped and I was feeling the cushioned connector between the earphones across my forehead. I reached up to readjust the headphones and they were still in place; interesting.

So, having no readily available explanation for this incredibly real sensation of warm pressure crossing my forehead I decided to relax into it and just allow it.

What came next was quite surprising and wonderfully inspiring; a large “rote” regarding the exchange of sexual energy between two people as well as complete insight on how to use, channel and recycle sexual energy for more esoteric purposes completely filled my now very awake mind. I love and anticipate “rotes” so much and when they occur I am just humming with excitement for hours and sometimes days. The information I received last night will completely change my life once put into practice (Which is the fun part ) and I am so amped over the implications. Sex for me, as it is for most guys, tends to be draining; meaning that the climax accompanying sex leaves me feeling weak and heavy.  The insights from last night could very well change that completely; We shall see.

What a welcome intro to Focus 12 indeed.
