Prepping to Interview Tom Vizzini

Feb 03, 2011 9 Comments by

Sitting here at my PC, my favorite nasal snuff concoction close at hand, prepping for my interview with Persuassion & Personal Change Expert; Tom Vizzini later today.

Tom is half of the two person team, along with Kim McFarland, that make up Essential Skills.

I’ve known Tom and Kim for a little over a decade and have learned much from both of them.

They teach skills sets such as Rapport, Anchoring, Vocal Influence….if you aren’t familiar with these terms you will would benefit greatly from visiting their site at www.essential-skills.com

In a nut-shell, they teach you how to persuade and influence others and yourself; to create positive & lasting change in your life and the lives of others.

Tom always reminds me of a northern fisherman for some reason. Boisterous, obnoxious at times (in a good way), confrontational (also in a good way unless you’re on the receive end) and very good at what he does.

I am going to work with Tom in putting together a project for Essential Skills and this interview is setting the ground work.

I’ve got some great questions to probe the big Italian with and I think our interview will be both highly revealing and highly enjoyable.

More later….

Post Interview with Tom Vizzini

Later……..

Four and a half hours….that’s how long we went.

One hell of an interview.

When it was over I had to peel the headphones off my swollen ears oh so slowly.

I had a great time, Tom Vizzini is always so much fun and extremely easy to talk to.

We made some BIG plans for the coming months. I can’t say much to spoil the surprise, but I can say….Keep your eyes peeled for something “Essentially” impressive.

  1. Mark says:

So I’m reading up on 3D Mind, one of the courses offered by Essential Skills, when my jaw suddenly drops at the site of this testimonial:

“As someone who has always had ‘low self-esteem’ I am now looking at events in my past through entirely new eyes and realising that many, many people who have come into my life thought extremely highly of me and I wasn’t able to see that because I was looking through filters of ‘people don’t like me’ and ‘i’m not good enough.’”

It was a real eye-opener to see someone else give a perfect description of the way I’ve conducted much of my life.

  2. Damien says:

I can personally vouch for the effectiveness of the 3D Mind, it’s a fantastic tool.

  3. Mark says:

It seems to be a solution to many of the emotional blockages that conditioning, obsessional behaviour, and self-doubt have built up inside.
I may need to watch the 90 minute introduction video. It could be an amazing breakthrough for me.

  4. Damien says:

    No “may” to it…do it.

You have to take that step towards a solution…

    Take the step

  5. Mark says:

You’re absolutely right. I’m sick of being so doubtful of myself and my abilities.
I wish I had been home during the live chat you had with them about 3D Mind.

  6. Tom Vizzini says:

Hi Mark please let me know if you have any questions. I think it is the most powerful personal change method every created.
    Have fun!

  7. Damien says:

    RE; Tom

At least someone’s not lacking in confidence :)

  8. Mark says:

I should certainly hope so. Otherwise I’d be doubtful.

  9. Tom Vizzini says:

LOL! Yes I am confident or maybe it is that I don’t have any doubt about what we do  and that allows my confidence to surface.
There is a free 3D Mind intro video on the site. It is a couple of hours long. Here is the link http://www.essential-skills.com/free-demos/3d-mind-intro/
    Have fun
